Disposable products & special orders and supplies will be considered final and non-returnable. Most hard items 7 day return policy based on condition, odor etc. Product instruction received equipment in perfect condition. Restock fee may apply.

Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable and final sale. These items are customized or made to order, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a special order.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy ie " Restock and Shipping Fee.
