My dads walker broke and he needed a new one. I did a search on Google when I came across this place. It only had a few reviews but they were all positive. Reading that they were nice and helpful is what made me want to check this place out. They did not disappoint. At this time you can't go in to the store but they made accommodations for my dad to check a couple of them out. Silas was super friendly and helpful when it came to helping my dad. The owner Tara also helped out and was super friendly as well. I'm all about giving great props to small businesses. The whole time they were attentive and listened to what my dad was looking for. I wish there were 5 more stars to give CFS Torrance! We were in crisis, in immediate need of a wheelchair. At nearby medial supply stores the prices for a wheelchair were sky-high (for rental as well as purchase); and purchasing a wheelchairs online meant waiting a week if not months for delivery. We were frantic. Torrance was a long way to drive, but we gave CFS a call and thank heavens we did. Wheelchair to purchase or rent at a reasonable cost, check! Delivery today or tomorrow so we don't have to make the trip? Of course! Quick and easy online payment? No problem at all. The BEST customer service ever. Knowledgable, compassionate and willing to work with us through, well, any crisis. That wheelchair was delivered exactly where we needed it and when we needed it, no worry or complications. CFS Medical Supplies and Equipment, has to be the best kept secret, Stellar customer service, very knowledgeable with the medical supply industry. So professional, please don't take my word check it out, she even drop ships to your location. I was in need of a travel wheelchair for a family member who suffered a severe stroke while visiting; we desperately needed this type wheelchair, and other supplies for traveling. Her flight to return home was only a couple of days out. I could not find a suitable wheelchair anywhere all were on backorder or way too expensive. Not even on Amazon the shipping time was way off. I kept checking around and found CFS the owner opened the store for me on a Sunday ! Tara took care of everything including instructions on the chair and accessories needed to make the trip comfortable. Tara is the manager and awesome to work with she truly cares about her customers and the quality of products. There are not enough STARS to rate her so she gets 100% satisfaction.

I am absolutely happy with this Medical Supply Store! I am a new grad physical therapist and need to get myself started with buying supplies for a new a home health job that I am starting. Once I opened their doors, I was greeted with the happiest and most welcoming folks.
I was immediately shown to the section of the store that contained the supplies I needed. I had wonderful conversation! Tara (the office manager) was exceptional!
As a physical therapist, I am very happy to see that this place offers discounted rates and takes insurances to provide DME! I will definitely be referring my patients to this location.
